When an inverter air conditioner starts to operate, the moment you press the remote control, the first thing to activate is not the fan visible to the naked eye, but the compressor motor hidden inside the outdoor unit. Permanent ferrite magnetic tiles are embedded in the rotor of this motor. They act like an "invisible commander", determining the cooling speed, energy consumption and noise level of the air conditioner.

Inverter air conditioners generally use DC brushless motors as the power source of the compressor, and the rotor is composed of multiple high-performance wet-pressed ferrite permanent magnet tiles spliced together. The fixed magnetic field generated by the magnetic tiles interacts with the alternating magnetic field of the stator winding, driving the rotor to rotate and thereby driving the compressor piston to complete the refrigerant circulation.
Indoor and outdoor fan motors
Whether it is an axial fan or a cross-flow fan, their driving motors also adopt permanent ferrite magnetic rings. Compared with traditional induction motors, the permanent magnet solution can increase efficiency by more than 10% while reducing noise by 3 to 5 dB(A).
Electronic expansion valve and stepper motor

Energy conservation: The high residual magnetism (Br≥ 4.2kG) and high intrinsic coercive force (Hcj≥ 4.0kOe) of permanent ferrite magnetic tiles enable the motor to still output high torque at low speeds. Combined with frequency conversion algorithms, the annual energy consumption efficiency (APF) can be increased by 15% to 20%, helping air conditioners easily meet the new national standard level 1 energy efficiency.

After the magnetic tile waveform undergoes laser micro-grinding, the cogging torque decreases by 30%, the vibration of the compressor operation is significantly reduced, and the noise of the indoor unit can be as low as 18 dB(A), almost imperceptible.
The Curie temperature of ferrite can reach up to 450 ℃. It will not demagnetize even when working for a long time in an environment ranging from -30 ℃ to 120 ℃, ensuring the stable operation of the air conditioner in both extremely cold and hot weather.

From fixed-frequency to variable-frequency, from energy-saving to quiet, although the permanent ferrite magnetic tiles are hidden deep in the compressor, they dominate every "breath" of the air conditioner.
